AI and automationfor small businesses

I take repetitive office work off your business: retyping data, documents, reminders and first phone calls. I build a system that does it on its own, and I stay to keep it running.

Mateusz Reglinski, nefling.dev. I work remotely with businesses across Poland.

Where your time goes

Six places where small businesses lose the most hours.

Yours is different? Tell me about it
  • Email
  • sheet
  • CRM

You copy data from emails into a sheet

Enquiries from email and forms land in a sheet or CRM on their own, and you get a short summary of the day.

Example
  • PDF
  • templates
  • email

You make the same documents from scratch

Certificates, quotes and contracts are built from a template in seconds and go to the client on their own.

Example
  • SMS
  • email
  • sheet

You chase clients about payments

A text or email goes out by itself, at the right time, with the right amount. You see who has paid.

Example
  • Phone
  • AI

You miss calls while you are with a client

An AI voice assistant answers or calls back, asks what it is about, and hands you only the real calls.

Example
  • Website
  • Messenger
  • email

You answer the same questions again and again

An AI assistant answers from your price list and rules. Difficult questions come to you.

Example
  • Email

You download invoices by hand

Invoices go to a sheet and to your accountant on their own, and unpaid ones come back as reminders.

Work

Certificates and attendance · 2026

Safety training firm

0:42from form to PDF in the inbox

About 2 minutes instead of 30–60 minutes. 115–230 hours a year saved.

Problem
30–60 minutes a day making named PDF certificates by hand and updating the attendance register.
Solution
After a course, one form is enough. The system makes the certificates, sends them and updates the register.

Tenant reminders · 2026

Landlord with about 40 flats

38messages with one click

A few seconds instead of an hour a day.

Problem
About an hour a day sending payment reminders to each tenant, plus a series of emails for every new lease.
Solution
Payment reminders with one click and a welcome sequence that starts when a lease is signed.

First phone calls · 2026

CallerAgent

2:14call handed to the operator

People talk to the ones who want to talk.

Problem
An operator dialled by hand, number after number, losing time on voicemail and uninterested people.
Solution
An AI voice agent makes the first call and hands the operator only the interested people.
Case study

My AI assistant · 2026

Rubin

I use it every day. It is where I test what I later build for clients.

Problem
Research, code review and notes scattered across several tools.
Solution
An AI agent on my own server, with access to my notes, code and scheduled reports.
How it works

Polish registries for AI · 2026

PBI-MCP

VATwhite list and NBP rates for AI agents

Open source, on GitHub.

Problem
AI assistants do not know Polish company registries or current exchange rates.
Solution
An MCP server that gives AI agents access to the VAT white list and NBP exchange rates.

Reviews

I'm looking for my first 5 businesses. In return for the founding discount I ask for permission to describe the result and an honest review after the build, and it will appear right here.

I want to be one of them
  1. First, we talk.

Free. You show me the one task that takes most of your time.

  2. Then I map one process.

You get a process map: exactly what the automation will do, what it costs and roughly how much time you get back. The price is fixed.

  3. I build and test it with you.

Within 21 days of the deposit and access, on your own data. Important decisions are still approved by a person.

  4. It runs, and I look after it.

If something changes or breaks, I fix it. The code and data stay in your accounts.

Who I am

My name is Mateusz Reglinski. I build automations and AI assistants for small businesses in Poland. I start from your problem, not from a tool: if something can be done more simply, without AI, I will tell you. You work directly with me, from the first call to support after launch.

Pricing

First a call, then one automation, and after that I keep it running.

  1. Call

For anyone who wants to check whether it makes sense.

    • A call by phone or video
    • You tell me about one task that eats your time
    • I tell you plainly whether and how it can be automated
    • You get a ballpark price, no commitment

  2. First automation in 21 days

For a business that knows what eats its time.

    • Process map and a fixed price before we start
    • Integrations and tests on your data
    • Video guide for you and your staff
    • A list of the next 3 things to automate

You pay for it working, not for promises

50% at the start50% once everything in the map works

For 30 days after sign-off I fix anything that does not match the map at no extra cost. If something breaks near the end of that period, I extend it until the automation has run 14 days without a fault, up to 45 days.

Fixed price, set after the free process map. No VAT added.

    First month free

I keep the automation running and adjust it when a program or the way you work changes. The report of how much time it saved is generated automatically and comes every month at no extra cost.

Questions

Not seeing your question? Write to me and I will reply within one working day.

Ask me directly

No. You know your business, I know the tools. After launch you get a short guide, and day-to-day use is usually a form, a sheet or a message.

Where I can, I choose tools with servers in the EU or run them on your own server. If an AI model from outside the EU is needed, I tell you before we start and send it only what it needs. Data and access stay in your accounts, and when I process personal data, we sign a data processing agreement.

You'll find the price of the first automation in the pricing section. It's fixed, set after the free process map, with no VAT added. Bigger automations are priced the same way. You pay half at the start and the rest only once everything in the process map works. If an automation will not give you back more time than it costs, I will not recommend it.

For 30 days after sign-off I fix anything that does not match the map at no extra cost. If something breaks near the end of that period, I extend it until the automation has run 14 days without a fault, up to 45 days. After that you choose support from €25 a month, with the first month free, or report issues as they come.

That is not the point. AI takes the boring part of the work, and people look after clients. Important decisions, like sending a quote or a payment, are approved by a person.

Usually what you already have: Gmail or Outlook, Google Sheets or Excel, your invoicing program. I fit around your business, not the other way round.
