How this started
I started out building websites for small businesses. Every project showed me the same thing: the website was the smallest problem. What took owners the most time was everything around it: manual emails, reminders, documents, and copying data from one place to another.
So today I mostly build automations and AI assistants. I test them on myself first: my assistant Rubin runs every day on my own server. What works goes to clients, like a certificate generator for a safety training firm or payment reminders for a landlord with about 40 flats.
I start from your problem, not from a tool. If something can be done more simply, without AI, I will tell you.
How we work together
A free call
You tell me what takes most of your time. I tell you whether it can be automated and whether it pays off.
A process map and a fixed price
I write down step by step what the system should do. You know the price before we start, and I don't add VAT.
Built in 21 days
You pay half up front. I deliver the first automation within 21 days of the deposit and access, with a short video on how to use it.
Handover and a calm start
You pay the rest once everything in the process map works. For 30 days after sign-off I fix problems for free (longer if something breaks near the end, up to 45 days), then you can move to ongoing care.
Rules I stick to
Code and data stay with you
Automations run on your accounts and in your tools. If we ever stop working together, everything stays with you.
A person approves important decisions
AI prepares, sorts and suggests. Payments, contracts and important messages to clients are approved by a person.
GDPR and a data processing agreement
Where I can, I choose services with servers in the EU. If a process needs an AI model from outside the EU, I tell you before we start, send only the data it needs and rely on standard contractual clauses.
A fixed price before we start
You know what you'll pay before I start. No hidden costs and no VAT added.
A subscription only if you need one
Care after launch is optional, and the first month is free.

Yes, with businesses anywhere in Poland. We talk by phone or video and set up access to your tools together.
For 30 days after sign-off I fix anything that does not match the map at no extra cost. If something breaks near the end of that period, I extend it until the automation has run 14 days without a fault, up to 45 days. After that you can choose ongoing care or ask for fixes when you need them.
Often that's where it pays off most, because every hour of the owner's time is expensive. On the call we work it out together using your numbers. If it doesn't pay off, I'll tell you.
